My name is Diana, and I have more than three years of work experience. I graduated from Tomsk State Pedagogical University. When I was 8 years old, I started playing chess and have been playing this game ever since. Currently, I am the champion of the Tomsk region. I believe, we should find an individual approach for each student because chess is a creative game. I create a training programs based on the abilities of each student, and find ways to motivate them. I always do my best to instill a love for chess in my students.
